The System may automatically submit applications to multiple funders based on configured criteria. By enabling auto-submission features, you authorize the System to share your application data with eligible funders.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

THE SYSTEM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11.2 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not warrant that:

• The System will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the System will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the System will be corrected
• The System will meet your specific requirements

11.3 AI and Automated Processing

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM FUNDING DECISIONS MADE BY THIRD-PARTY FUNDERS

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the System operators, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the System
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the System
• Your fraudulent or illegal activities

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the System at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation of the System

14.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the System ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

15. Modifications to Terms

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any additional agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the System. These Terms supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
